Description
To deliver a cost-effective end-to-end recruitment service to the organisation; driving a proactive approach to sourcing and selecting the best talent, ensuring that the hiring manager and candidate experience are positive.
Key Accountabilities
- Be part of a busy recruitment team ensuring the delivery of a proactive end-to-end recruitment service.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and onboarding of new hires.
- Work with the business to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Create engaging attraction strategies utilizing all available sourcing techniques, with a focus on direct sourcing and social media, to attract high-caliber active candidates and engage passive candidates.
- Utilize the e-recruitment system to support the recruitment process, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
- Build strong relationships across the business to influence, guide, and drive the recruitment process.
- Understand competitor practices and focus on continuous improvement to secure the best talent.
- Headhunt using job boards including LinkedIn to source candidates.
- Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations.
Working Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, including volume and hard-to-fill roles within a fast-paced legal environment (in-house or agency).
- Expertise in using various attraction methods, with strong direct sourcing experience, including social media channels.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, HR teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Strong organizational and re-prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
