Description

To deliver a cost-effective end-to-end recruitment service to the organization; driving a proactive approach to sourcing and selecting the best talent, ensuring that the hiring manager and candidate experience are positive.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Be part of a busy recruitment team ensuring the delivery of a proactive end-to-end recruitment service.
  2. Deliver all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer management and timely onboarding of new hires.
  3. Work with the business to understand recruitment needs and agree on effective recruitment plans.
  4. Create an engaging attraction approach utilizing all available sourcing techniques, with a focus on direct sourcing and social media, to attract high-caliber active candidates and engage passive candidates.
  5. Utilize the e-recruitment system to support the recruitment process, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
  6. Build strong relationships across the business to facilitate influence, guidance, and drive in the recruitment process.
  7. Understand competitor practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement to secure the best talent.
  8. Headhunt using job boards, including LinkedIn, to source candidates.
  9. Ensure compliance with the SRA Standards & Regulations.

Working Hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with 1 hour unpaid for lunch.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  1. Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment, including volume and hard-to-fill roles within a fast-paced legal environment (in-house or agency).
  2. Expertise in utilizing various attraction methods, with strong direct sourcing experience including social media channels.
  3. Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
  4. Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, candidates, HR teams, and third-party suppliers.
  5. Strong organizational and re-prioritization skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
