WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

We’re looking for a Talent Advisor to join our team 4 days a week and manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across Pentland Brands. You’ll partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth, efficient recruitment process, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Working closely with the wider Talent team, you’ll help us attract and hire great people while building your expertise in talent acquisition.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

As our Talent Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for junior and mid-level roles, from role briefing and advertising through to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide advice on recruitment best practice.
  • Draft and post engaging job adverts across internal and external platforms.
  • Source and screen candidates, coordinating interviews and providing timely feedback throughout the process.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.
  • Work closely with the Talent Partner on projects and continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience managing recruitment processes, ideally for junior or volume roles (in-house or agency).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
  • Confident communicator who can build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is desirable. (we use Teamtailor)
