About The Role: Omnicom Media Group UK (OMG UK) is home to four award-winning agencies – OMD UK, MG OMD, PHD UK, and Hearts & Science – powered by market-leading centres of excellence in digital marketing, creative solutions, investment, and futures.

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Talent Development Partner to join our People Team for a 6-month contract. In this role, you’ll help shape and deliver impactful learning and talent initiatives across our UK agencies, working closely with senior leaders, HR teams, and our global L&D network.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Designing and delivering innovative blended learning solutions – from face-to-face/hybrid workshops to eLearning and micro-learning.
  • Supporting strategic group-wide talent initiatives: management development, career pathways, performance reviews, talent mapping, mentoring, and more.
  • Partnering with agency business leaders to understand learning needs and create engaging, high-impact development programmes.
  • Owning our group L&D plan, reviewing and refreshing content to meet changing business needs
  • Lead the roll-out of our LMS across group to deliver scalable learning experiences, curating learning paths and drive learning campaigns.
  • All T&D administration; learning records, talent data evaluation and measure impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in designing engaging learning and development programmes.
  • Experienced in leveraging learning principles, adult and blended learning, agile methods, AI-driven learning technologies, and programme management.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative problem-solver who can deliver high-value learning without always needing a big budget.
  • Experience using learning technologies and platforms to scale solutions (Cornerstone and LinkedIn Learning experience a plus).
  • CIPD qualification and/or coaching certification preferred
  • Good understanding of psychometrics/profiles
