The Talent Coordinator supports the Senior Director, Talent and Career Development (T&CD) and the Talent team with program delivery, reporting, and operational tasks. Key responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate data, coordinating training logistics, and assisting with talent reviews. The role also supports budgeting, purchase orders, and contract tracking. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in talent management within a collaborative, global team.
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two onsite days per week at Bicester Village.
What you will be doing
The key responsibilities of this role will include some or all the following:
- Partner with the whole Talent team to support the rollout of programs and initiatives
- Work closely with the Senior Director, T&CD and Head of TM on talent mapping, succession and skills assessments
- Work closely with Head of Learning & Head of Talent Management, coordinating logistics for leadership and development programs, including scheduling, communications, and attendance tracking
- Use HR systems and reporting tools to support data management and insights
- Assist in tracking and managing the annual talent budget in collaboration with the Senior Talent & Career Development Director

- Data analysis & reporting: comfortable working with large datasets and generating insights, with the ability to clean inconsistent data
