HLD Talent is hiring: Talent Coordinator
HLD Talent is a fast-growing, culture-driven talent management agency representing some of the UK’s most exciting digital creators. We focus on building long-term careers by helping talent expand beyond social platforms into broadcast, publishing, live events, and other commercial opportunities. We are seeking a Talent Coordinator with strong organisational and communication skills to support our Talent Managers in driving brand partnerships, campaign delivery, and career growth for creators.

Shoreditch, London | Hybrid | Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Assist Talent Managers across a portfolio of up to 5 digital-first creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- Support with sourcing and coordinating brand partnerships.
- Manage campaign logistics, including communication between talent, brands, and agencies.
- Help identify and track new commercial opportunities across media, merchandise, publishing and more.
- Assist with creating media kits and campaign reports.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and calendars to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or a related role within the digital or broadcast space.
- A solid understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Confidence in liaising with both talent and brands, with a solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to grow within talent management.
