  • Collaborate with the People Team on onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes, contributing ideas that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Represent and embody Skin + Me values to deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Who you are

  • Highly organised, with the ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with professional maturity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Detail-orientated, with a consistent focus on accuracy, completeness and thoroughness of work.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (especially Excel / Sheets).
  • Comfortable using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with Workable or similar tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
