Overview

Talent Development Partner role at Moto Hospitality. Location: Toddington. Hybrid work (3 days a week in Toddington). Salary: £45,000. Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday. Dynamic and fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

As our Talent Development Partner, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the effective delivery of all induction, training and Insights for our central support functions. You will act as a first point of contact for leaders and colleagues across the central support function, providing advice and information on all Learning and Development processes, activities and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inductions and training for the Central Support functions
  • Design and deliver Leadership Academy for Central Support to develop leadership capability, drive performance and grow talent
  • Deliver existing training materials and Insights in line with company standards
  • Coordinate training with the support of the Talent Administrator
  • Support continuous improvement of programme content through review, design and development of courses for a blended learning approach
  • Ensure materials and resources are prepared in advance
  • Work as part of a wider team to achieve the overall vision
  • Identify Training Needs within departments and support with Personnel Development Plans
  • Manage the Talent Matrix and succession process
  • Mentor and coach colleagues to be their best
  • Manage, report and drive mandatory online training via the Learning Management System
  • Create eLearning to support development
  • Manage and drive apprenticeship training

About you

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Proven track record of designing creative and engaging leadership training
  • Experience of delivering engaging training
  • Passionate about developing others and confident in facilitating training
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Organised with great time management skills
  • Facilitator or trainer qualification (ideally CIPD accredited or equivalent)
