About the role
We’re in search of a Talent Manager to join our team at the London office to report into the Senior Talent Manager. The Talent Manager will manage digital-first talent and will be expected to build their own roster. Their role will consist of proactive brand conversations with potential partners for the talent across an array of industries, while handling inbound inquiries and talents’ schedules.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit influencers suitable for various campaigns and projects.
- Maintain an updated roster of influencers with diverse backgrounds and content niches.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of campaign expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact between influencers and the agency, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategy with client objectives.
- Coordinate the execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with influencers, including compensation, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media platforms, and influencer marketing regulations to provide strategic recommendations.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in influencer marketing or talent management, preferably within an agency setting.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and clients.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of advertising regulations and compliance in influencer marketing.

- Hybrid working: We work from the office Tuesdays - Thursdays and the remaining days from home.
