Talent Operations Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract

London

Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Talent Operations Coordinator to join the beating heart of our central Talent Acquisition (TA) team on a 6 month contract. You won’t be hiring—but you’ll be essential to making hiring happen.

In this role, you’ll support the infrastructure that underpins our recruitment processes across our vibrant UK media agency group. Think: Greenhouse configuration, reporting and analytics, team-wide communication, hiring manager enablement and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain and optimise our ATS (Greenhouse) – user admin, interview plans, workflows and troubleshooting
  • Data, Reporting & Insights: Own weekly and monthly reporting; analyse trends; spot inefficiencies; and help shape smarter TA strategies
  • Communication Hub: Oversee and action all comms from the TA Team to the wider business including mailers, training invites and more
  • Project Work: Support initiatives like hiring manager training, process improvement, documentation and experience design
  • Team Admin: Provide operational and administrative support to the TA team – calendar coordination, invoice tracking, process docs and more

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience working with an ATS – ideally Greenhouse
  • Confident handling data – you know your way around a spreadsheet and enjoy translating numbers into stories
  • A natural organiser – systems, processes and structure are your happy place
  • Curious, proactive and keen to grow your career in talent operations
  • Clear communicator, able to work across teams and levels with credibility and warmth

What you’ll get

  • A front-row seat in a fast-moving, creative business
  • Hands-on experience in people operations with meaningful impact
  • Supportive manager and team, and the chance to learn from senior TA leaders
  • A culture that values both rigour and personality (we take our work seriously, but not ourselves)
  • This is your chance to help build the backbone of how we hire
  • If you\'re ready to grow your skills, solve real problems and be part of a people-first team — we’d love to hear from you.
