The Role:
As a successful high-growth media business operating globally, we are seeking a Talent Partner to join our team on an initial 6-month basis. The online environment presents complex, exciting, and challenging opportunities for you to apply your skills and knowledge.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for hiring across various skill sets and countries, primarily focusing on Europe. You will partner with hiring managers to generate and maintain a network of top talent supporting our growth and building a world-class team to achieve our ambitious goals.

Your Impact:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising managers, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and engage talent.
- Design and implement multi-channel sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates.
- Maintain data integrity and support talent reporting using our ATS.

- Ability to independently manage talent processes within your business unit.
- Proven success with diverse recruiting methods.
- An analytical approach to hiring, utilizing data to drive impact and insights.
- Strong network-building skills across disciplines and geographies.
- A passion for creating engaging candidate experiences.
- Ability to handle challenging issues in a diverse, dynamic environment.
The Interview Process:
- 1st: Initial chat with Talent Acquisition Manager & Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)
- 2nd: Interview with Senior People Partner (1 hour via Zoom)
- 3rd: Final interview with Head of Talent & Sourcing Lead (1 hour via Zoom)
