As we grow and add more clients to our portfolio, we need passionate Talent Partners with in-house experience to come along for the ride and help us scale sustainably.My name is James and I am the Senior Partner responsible for this function. I have been around embedded talent for many years as a buyer, and have always felt that the quality of service could be improved. Whether that's by giving actionable advice to our clients, being proactive about advocating best practice, or simply nailing the fundamentals of good recruitment, we are proving that you can get the same quality of expertise as the most expensive recruitment companies via a more manageable financial model.About the RoleWe require at least one more Talent Partner to join our team and work on a fractional basis across 2 or more start-up clients. As well as being an expert in candidate sourcing and recruitment process management, you will understand the importance of keeping clients informed with relevant, light-touch data. You will understand the importance of recruitment best practice, and crucially be able to determine what is essential, desirable or unnecessary for clients at different levels of maturity.Key ResponsibilitiesDevising and executing efficient recruitment strategies (inbound, outbound, employer branding etc) to get quality, relevant candidates into the top of the funnelAdvising in and managing interview processesNegotiating offersKeeping clients informed, highlighting risk and maintaining hiring manager satisfactionSuggesting tools, thinking and processes that will benefit and develop our offeringBeing onsite with London-based clients 2-3 days per weekAbout YouFamiliarity with the excitement and chaos of high-growth start-upsSolid foundations in an agency or a search firmTenure in an embedded or in-house roleExperience recruiting across a broad range of roles or industriesExcitement about working for innovative, disruptive brandsYou will care about performing well and succeeding, leaving our clients in a better place than where we found themCompensation, Perks & Benefits£50 - 65kOther benefitsFun perks with our clientsPlease apply here.
