Whether that's by giving actionable advice to our clients, being proactive about advocating best practice, or simply nailing the fundamentals of good recruitment, we are proving that you can get the same quality of expertise as the most expensive recruitment companies via a more manageable financial model.About the RoleWe require at least one more Talent Partner to join our team and work on a fractional basis across 2 or more start-up clients. As well as being an expert in candidate sourcing and recruitment process management, you will understand the importance of keeping clients informed with relevant, light-touch data.
