Skin + Me is a mission driven start-up with specially focused skin goals. We are looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join our People Team at Skin + Me. This is a hybrid role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

About the role

We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Partner to lead recruitment across our growing business. In this fixed-term role, you’ll work closely with our Talent Coordinator and People Assistant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage all stages of the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
• Represent and promote our employer brand; in many cases you’ll be the candidate’s first introduction to our business.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and support the creation of clear, compelling job descriptions.
• Devise and recommend effective sourcing strategies tailored to each role.
• Maintain strong connections with hiring managers, external recruiters and other talent sources.
• Shortlist CVs and conduct first-round interview screening, providing managers with a well-curated shortlist and comprehensive feedback.
• Continuously improve recruitment materials and interview guides for hiring.
• Use LinkedIn and social media channels to promote open roles and build brand awareness.

Who you are

• Prior experience in recruitment is essential.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Confident and professional communicator, able to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, meet deadlines and approach challenges with a can-do attitude.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
