About Iso

Your impact

This is a fixed term contract (FTC) for 12 months. You will identify, engage and attract exceptional technical talent for our Engineering and AI teams. You will move beyond traditional sourcing, build a deep understanding of the talent landscape, act as a trusted advisor using data-led market intelligence to guide hiring strategy, and connect with the very best talent globally.

What You Will Do

  • Develop Deep Domain Expertise: Cultivate an understanding of our technical and scientific domains to identify and engage world-class talent in areas like Machine Learning, Engineering and AI.
  • Architect Data-Led Sourcing Strategies: Conduct in-depth research to map global talent markets and build targeted sourcing strategies, tracking metrics to iterate and optimise your approach.
  • Serve as a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers as a subject matter expert on the talent market.
  • Engage World-Class Talent: Use advanced search techniques to identify and engage passive candidates; craft bespoke outreach that communicates IsoLabs’ vision.
  • Champion Candidate Experience: Ensure a world-class experience with regular, thoughtful engagement throughout the process.
  • Build Future Talent Pipelines: Proactively generate leads and build long-term relationships for future talent needs.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential:

  • Demonstrable experience sourcing for deeply technical roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Research Science) in fast-paced, research-focused environments.
  • A data-led mindset with the ability to use market intelligence and analytics to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Expertise in a wide range of sourcing techniques, including Boolean, X-ray search, and AI tools to uncover talent.
  • A highly collaborative approach as a sourcing expert and strategic partner to recruiters and senior hiring managers.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage passive, world-class candidates.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using Greenhouse
  • Familiarity with G-suite
