Accredited by leading professional bodies, the firm supports clients across dynamic sectors such as construction, agribusiness, retail, hospitality, and logistics.ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of high-quality, commercial tax advice to a broad range of clientsAdvise on business structuring, M&A, cross-border expansion, financing, tax auditsEngage directly with Revenue and produce insightful client reports and presentationsProvide expertise across all tax heads, ensuring full compliance for international clientsCollaborate in a multidisciplinary environment and support junior staff developmentParticipate in billing, internal operations, and firmwide business growth initiativesQualificationsRelevant tax qualification with a minimum of 5+ years' experience in practiceDeep knowledge of Irish tax legislation and accounting standardsProficient across all tax heads, with strong technical and project management skillsHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple client priorities effectivelyStrong communicator with excellent relationship-building and client management skillsConfident, calm under pressure, and takes initiative in solving complex tax issuesDemonstrated leadership with a commitment to developing both self and teamCreative thinker, capable of delivering innovative tax solutions and business insightsComfortable using Sage, TaxPro, ROS, DRIVE, Virtual Cabinet, and Microsoft OfficeAdvanced Excel skills preferredSalary & BenefitsSalary range: €80,000 - €85,000, based on experience10% annual bonusPension contributionHybrid working and flexible working hoursOpportunity to work closely with experienced partners in a collaborative firmSupportive team environment with a focus on professional developmentDiverse client portfolio including international and complex advisory workHybrid tools and systems for efficient working (TaxPro, ROS, Virtual Cabinet, etc.)Strong career progression prospects in a growing regional practiceReady to take the next step in your tax career?
