About the Role:

As a Tax Partnership Manager, you’ll work with a high-performing team supporting a diverse portfolio of professional partnerships. This is a client-facing advisory role with a strong focus on UK and international tax matters. You’ll collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers to deliver bespoke tax solutions and drive business development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading tax advisory projects and managing complex client portfolios
  • Advising on partnership tax, corporation tax, CGT, income tax, and international tax
  • Managing UK tax compliance for professional partnerships
  • Collaborating across tax disciplines and with global member firms
  • Driving business development and client relationship growth
  • Coaching and developing junior team members

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified accountant or tax advisor (ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent experience)
  • Strong UK tax compliance and advisory experience
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
  • A proactive, tech-savvy mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
