Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus pension and benefits

The Tax Senior Role: A leading firm in Northampton is seeking an ATT qualified Tax Senior with 2-3 years of corporate tax experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

• As a Tax Senior, you will manage a diverse range of clients, providing both compliance and advisory services.
• Approximately 40 percent of the role will focus on compliance, preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and ensuring timely submissions.
• The remaining 60 percent will involve advisory work, with the Tax Senior helping clients navigate complex tax planning issues and optimize their financial strategies.
• The Tax Senior will also review the work of junior team members, offering guidance and mentoring to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
• Strong client communication and relationship management are essential for the Tax Senior to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for the Tax Senior position will be ATT qualified with 2-3 years of corporate tax experience, preferably in a practice environment.
• The Tax Senior should have a strong technical knowledge of both compliance and advisory matters and a proven ability to review and support junior staff.
