About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Teaching and Learning Team Leader / Regional Education Manager to oversee the operational and educational performance of multiple learning centres. This role is key in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teaching staff to deliver high-quality education.
• Monitor and evaluate educational performance across centres.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
• Manage operational aspects of multiple learning centres.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in educational leadership or management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel regionally as required.
• EU work permit required.
