About the Role

The School delivers teaching and research activities across our core subjects, advancing the boundaries of science for the wider benefit of society and inspiring staff and students to promote positive change. You will play a crucial role in the student journey, ensuring that students are evaluated fairly and supported throughout their educational experience.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high academic standards.
  • Exam Preparation: Prepare and organise exam papers.
  • Student Results: Check and publish student results accurately and promptly.
  • Continuous Assessment: Support the management of continuous assessment, dissertations, and project procedures.
  • Exam Boards: Service Examination Boards.
  • System Management: Be an expert user of Campus Solutions, ensuring all assessment instances are set up correctly and marks are recorded accurately.
  • Online Learning: Support online learning environments such as Blackboard and Canvas in relation to assessment and progression activities.
  • Student Enquiries: Address specific assessment‑related enquiries.
