Job Description
Are you a highly organised and proactive Administrator looking for an exciting challenge at the heart of innovation?
We are seeking a talented Administrator to provide comprehensive support to two busy Directors leading cutting-edge digital and data transformation initiatives at Heathrow. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking team shaping the future of our operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Directors' schedules and administrative needs.
Your role will involve
- Proactive diary management: Expertly coordinating complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and anticipating conflicts.
- Travel coordination: Arranging UK and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
- Meeting and event organisation: Preparing agendas, collating documents, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Communication management: Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Document preparation: Assisting with the creation of presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- General administrative support: Handling expenses, managing filing systems, and undertaking ad-hoc projects as required.
- Proven experience coordinating and ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
- An interest in technology, digital innovation, or data would be advantageous.

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow . Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
