This is a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to provide key support to the Executive Assistant of a busy Principal and help keep a dynamic studio running smoothly. They’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day, is quick to adapt, and brings a friendly, can-do attitude to every task. You’ll be central to supporting both senior leadership and wider office operations, gaining invaluable experience at this well-known practice.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, visas, and logistics
  • Managing diaries, scheduling, and arranging meetings
  • Assisting with board meeting organisation, reports, and correspondence
  • Handling front-of-house duties and general studio operations
  • Supporting with couriers, and ad-hoc admin tasks
  • Acting as a first point of contact via phone and email

What they’re looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Team Assistant
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • A professional, approachable manner with a positive mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliability, discretion, and the ability to keep calm under pressure
  • An interest in architecture, arts or design
