Service care solutions are currently working alongside a well-known local authority, based in Greater Manchester, which is seeking an Teams lawyer to join their team.

They are looking for someone with strong experience in Adult social care law, Children’s social care law and Health Law.

This role is fully remote and on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.

This role pays a competitive rate of:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £57.11 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £65 per hour

Responsibilities as an Teams Lawyer:

• Draft complex and significant legal documents engaging in detailed negotiations with parties as appropriate.
• Able to handle a high caseload in Family Law from start to completion.
• Assist with projects ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and contribute to the corporate visions and priorities.

• Good communication skills clearly and appropriately both verbally and in writing at all levels.
• Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team for the local authority.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in Adult social care law.
