Team Leader - Asset Finance Division

Our market leading Financial Services client with a strong social purpose are looking for a Team Leader to run their Asset Finance Division.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Asset Finance team, delivering a first-class service as well as training new processes and procedures, which in turn will provide a smooth customer journey and positive customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed Understanding of the Asset Finance Industry
• Delivery of a quality and high performing service
• Promote process change and excellent customer service within a stable and efficient environment

Key Skills

• Experience of leading a team previously; developing and motivating a team to deliver results
• Strong understanding of Asset Finance products and industry practices
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, comfortable facing off into all levels of the business
• Proven track record of delivering results to a high standard within a fast paced change environment
