Responsibilities

• Join the team at Plas Cae Crwn and help deliver high standards of care to service users.
• Build strong relationships with residents, their families, health care professionals, and your Line Manager, keeping people informed about residents’ needs and progress.
• Follow guidelines and policies, write up care plans, and maintain good written communication.
• Be flexible, patient, caring, and well-organised, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage a team effectively to ensure the delivery of personalised care and support.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older people in residential care is preferred.
• Flexible, patient, caring, and good with people.
• Must have completed or be working towards QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary: £14.38 per hour

Working Hours: Part Time – Nights – 24 hour contract

Shift Times: 20:00 – 08:00
