• Collaborate with a global, experienced leadership team and contribute to career development in the search space.
• Deliver executive search services across various verticals with emphasis on Public Sector and Higher Education, leveraging 30+ years of industry experience.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment with DEI embedded in the culture.

Qualifications

• Successful Team Manager or Team Leader with a strong track record; exceptional contingent background seeking a step up.
• Strong understanding of what excellence looks like in recruitment, with proven networking, relationship-building, and business-winning capabilities.
• Ability to manage a team of researchers or associates and drive outcomes through proactive, solutions-focused work.
