Salary: £28,574 - £30,066 (Per annum) + Onboarding payment £500

Role and Location

We are seeking a Team Manager to oversee a supported living service in Barnard Castle, County Durham, providing a home for 9 individuals. Do you have experience in Learning Disability services? Have you previously held a Team Manager role within a CQC regulated service? If so, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Be experienced, caring and passionate about making a difference to adults with a Learning Disability
• Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service
• Focus on driving customers' goals, outcomes and aspirations
• Promote the rights of each customer
• Be a strong leader, supportive, empathetic and organised
