Job Title: Team Supervisor
Location: Ashford, Kent
Salary: £33,000 - £37,000
Duration: 15 month FTC to cover maternity leave
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
Hybrid working: Yes once fully trained, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Inspire: Assign work and track assignments to maximise team efficiency with support from management. Conduct regular status reviews to ensure demands are not just met but exceeded!
- Hands-On Participation: Engage in creating, maintaining, tracking, and revising products while balancing and prioritising team workload.
- Strategic Development: Participate in developing departmental goals systems, and content management to align with business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other commercial teams to ensure seamless operations. Escalate any potential issues to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion an environment of continuous improvement through collaboration and proactive engagement.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all product activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Health & Safety Advocate: Promote and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives focusing on continuous improvement.
You'll be the perfect candidate for this job if you have the following:
- Experience supervising a team in a professional office environment
- Experience in a regulated industry is a plus!
- Familiarity with ERP and/or PLM systems (Oracle, SAP, Agile) is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
- The ability to lead project teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and resolve issues quickly.
- Proven skills in collaboration, organisation, and handling project adjustments under pressure.
