Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Technical Leads to join our teams following continuous growth and success in the UK Government sector. Our people are resourceful, innovative, and dedicated, and we value a mix of generalists and specialists to deliver cutting‑edge, high‑quality solutions.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Design innovative solutions that fit within business and technical constraints
Take responsibility for the technical output of your team
Collaborate with other tech leads and architects to join‑up solutions
Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in written form
Champion quality assurance and best practices, mentoring individuals in their application
Practice software development in one or more common languages, such as Java, C#, or JavaScript
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS
Follow an agile development methodology, such as SCRUM or SAFe
Drive innovation within a team of engineers to find new solutions to difficult problems
Scaled agile framework certification (e.g., SAFe or Scrum@Scale) is a plus
Experience in full‑stack technical design
Manage stakeholders, including users and management
Familiarity with security concepts, including secure design and implementation
Mentor junior engineers and nurture their passion for engineering

Security Clearance
