Tech Programme Manager - Salary up to £65,000 - (Hybrid based in Wales)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Tech Programme Manager, a key leadership role within NRW's DDaT transformation.

The Role

• Oversee third-party suppliers, technical teams, and internal specialists, ensuring alignment across the technical landscape.
• Lead major, complex programmes and projects, shaping the technology team with a unified vision.
• Develop and oversee governance frameworks, managing interdependent projects, assurance, and risk.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for organisational change and improvement.
• Analyze and interpret complex data to provide accurate reports for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale tech programmes in complex environments with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of CI and PPM processes to improve performance.
• Advanced analytical, visualization, and communication skills to translate business needs.
• Experience engaging with senior leadership and end-user communities.
• Experience managing technical staff directly and via matrix structures.
