Orgvue is a leading organizational design and planning software platform that helps leaders make faster workforce decisions using data visualization and modelling. The company supports large enterprises and management consulting firms worldwide and is headquartered in London, with offices in Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney. We are looking for a Technical Account Consultant who acts as a trusted advisor to proactively address issues within existing customer and partner solutions, and identify opportunities for new solutions.

The role involves acting as a subject matter expert (SME) on the Orgvue platform, collaborating with customers and partners, and helping manage risks within accounts or ongoing programs.

Your primary responsibilities include conducting tenant configuration reviews, gathering requirements, recommending solutions, and providing configuration guidance aligned with best practices. You may also provide hands-on support when necessary.

You will work closely with partner and account teams to ensure solutions continue to deliver value over time, and contribute feedback to help Orgvue evolve to meet market demands.

Responsibilities

  • Create trusted relationships at the appropriate level to solve key business problems by combining your experience, data and Orgvue's capabilities
  • Support customers throughout their Orgvue journey, working with the account team to support the customer’s technical capability
  • Explore potential new solutions and review existing setup, proposing updates that increase value for the customer
  • Review existing customer and partner tenant configurations and share opportunities for improvement with the account team (including Gizmo optimization and factors impacting performance or usability)
  • Share perspectives on opportunities and risks with account team members and leadership
  • Collaborate with Partners to ensure project success, facilitate Start Right sessions, and act as advisor, guide and escalation point for the partner project delivery team
  • Advise and train customers on how to best utilize Orgvue to achieve operational and strategic objectives, pushing back where needed
  • Build and standardise articles for the knowledge base to upskill the wider community
  • Contribute to platform innovation by providing feedback on market demands
