Technical Account Manager – Newbury | Permanent | Hybrid

We’re working with a well-established UK-based managed IT services provider that supports organisations across sectors such as SMEs, education, and hospitality. They’ve been delivering trusted IT services for over 20 years, specialising in cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and modern workplace solutions. Known for their personable, hands-on approach, they partner with leading tech providers and pride themselves on building long-term client relationships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, with a strong focus on the hospitality sector.
  • Conduct technical road mapping sessions, advising on system upgrades, Microsoft 365 enhancements, networking, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with service offerings.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to develop and deliver strategic account plans, and to support the wider business in identifying and improving internal business processes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client issues, ensuring service levels and SLA commitments are consistently met.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a TAM, Solutions Consultant, or similar IT advisory role
  • Strong technical background across infrastructure, cloud, and security
  • A consultative, commercial mindset with proven client relationship skills
