Description: We are currently looking for a Technical Analyst - Server & EUC Technologies to join on a full time permanent contract. As a Technical Analyst, you will contribute to the successful administration, support and improvement of the Southbank Centre’s digital infrastructure. The core focus of the role is to provide support for our infrastructure and end-user compute environment, including, but not limited to Virtualisation, Storage, Backups, End User Compute devices. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and monitor IT environment to provide resilient, business aligned IT services.
- Identify and remediate service issues, escalating to the relevant parties required.
- Administer, document, and monitor IT environment to ensure it is highly secure, and compliant, documenting procedures and sharing knowledge to ensure other team members are equipped to assist or cover absences.
- Work alongside the IT Management team to identify, mitigate, and control risks, governance, and compliance requirements related to the IT infrastructure, and specify, implement, and manage IT infrastructure standards and operating procedures.
Skills & Experience
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills including awareness of Cybersecurity best practices.
- Able to demonstrate effective organisational skills with the ability to work calmly under pressure, multitask and prioritise.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, including the ability to explain technical information clearly.
