Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

About This Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions? Join our Customer Decisioning Lab as a Technical Application Specialist (TAS) and play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensure the continuous, efficient, and secure operation of Pega CDH through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Lead or support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation of corrective actions.
  • Customize and configure Pega CDH to meet evolving business needs, managing system changes and ensuring compliance with audit and security standards.
  • Support DevOps pipeline activities, including deployment, testing, and release management.
  • Oversee application performance and database operations, including query optimization and capacity planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide training, and promote best practices for Pega CDH usage.
  • Implement and maintain security measures, supporting audit and compliance processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience working with Google Cloud (GCP) is essential for this position.
  • 6–8 years’ experience working with Pega CDH or similar decisioning platforms in a technical or operational role.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega CDH architecture, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in database administration and SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Pega CDH certifications.
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and performance monitoring tools.
