You will help define and deliver a series of diverse key projects with the team. The roles present a dynamic and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about closer connection with our customer’s core business.

• Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users to identify and translate their needs into solution designs and systems specifications.
• Produce analysis, data mapping and data analytical skills using SQL, Excel and Power BI.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to define scope and success criteria.
• Identify key constraints, dependencies, and assumptions.
• Produce detailed Business Requirement Specification Documents.
• Manage stakeholders across all levels from c-suite to developers, both internally and with clients.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with stakeholders, and validating solutions using tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and test management tools.
• Involve in end-to-end project phases, from workshops to design and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong Business Analysis experience on technical projects.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Mapping, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured outputs.
• Agile delivery experience within an Agile team.
• Experience in digital or application modernization projects.
• Experience reviewing Functional and Non-functional Specification Documents for alignment with Business Requirements.
• Experience working on both large-scale and smaller projects, responsible for defining and designing business solutions.
• Previous experience with Use Case Scenarios.
• Good project management skills, capable of planning and working towards tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex processes to non-experts.
