Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Consultant, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering consulting services. The role also includes collaborating with sales teams to address client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting capabilities
• Experience in Consulting and providing Technical Support
• experience in client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in compliance or technology fields are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
