Role: Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM)

We are looking for an analytical self-starter with experience in software delivery, passionate about digital transformation, and keen to deliver the market-leading Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution to the Wealth Management industry.

What is the role?

  • Client Onboarding & Implementation: Support onboarding of new clients and the implementation of new features for existing clients, ensuring a smooth transition and high customer satisfaction.
  • Wealth Dynamix Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Wealth Dynamix software solutions, becoming a trusted resource for clients.
  • Client-Focused Activities: Assist with setting up trial platforms for new prospects and clients; support clients in importing data and configuring areas of the Wealth Dynamix platform; run demonstrations for new prospects and existing clients.
  • Training & Support: Liaise with trainers to support client training sessions and, when required, deliver training directly to clients; stay updated with new features by working closely with the product team.
  • Knowledge Base Maintenance: Create knowledge base articles, help sections, and training materials; ensure security by adhering to company policies and reporting vulnerabilities as needed.

Who is best suited to this role?

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or existing Technical Customer Success Manager.

Background and Experience

  • Interest in FinTech/Wealth Management or willingness to learn and engage with the industry.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingual – English & French – Professional proficiency.

Mindset & Core Skills

  • Curiosity & Learning: Strong desire to ask questions and deepen understanding of Wealth Dynamix solutions and client needs.
  • Team-Oriented: Collaborative approach to contribute to collective success.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to adapt style for different audiences; experience with product demonstrations, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Agile Methodology: Familiarity with agile software delivery and iterative improvement.
  • Self-Starter: Proactive in self-learning and adding value to clients, teams, and the business.
