Role Profile
We’re looking for a technically skilled and client-focused Technical Delivery Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This role combines traditional infrastructure expertise with modern workplace technologies, helping clients transition to secure, scalable, and collaborative environments using Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint management solutions.
You’ll lead the delivery of infrastructure upgrades, cloud enablement, and modern work deployments, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
- Design and implement infrastructure solutions including servers, networking, and cloud integration.
- Lead Microsoft 365 and Modern Work deployments (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Support endpoint management and security using Intune, Autopilot, and Defender.
- Collaborate with clients to assess current environments and define transformation roadmaps.
- Deliver technical workshops, documentation, and handovers.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and M365 issues across hybrid environments.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in modern workplace and infrastructure.

Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure and M365 consulting within an MSP or IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
- Familiarity with Azure AD, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, and PowerShell scripting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Occasional travel to client sites will be required.
