Technical Lead Hardware and Planning

Based in the English Riviera, we have two extremely interesting opportunities – one focused on Digital High‑speed design and another for a Technical Lead with experience in Digital Hardware and planning. Both roles will join an established start‑up developing sustainable technology through ML and datacentre solutions.
The successful candidates will have a relevant degree and a strong technical background. For the Technical Lead a similar background is required, plus excellent planning and leadership experience.
Qualifications
Extensive hands‑on industry experience in High Speed Digital Design for network applications of 100Gbps and above
Experience in hardware integration, preferably within RF/photonics/optics systems
Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, signal processing and efficient power supplies
Knowledge of EMC implications of high‑speed transmission
Scripting and automation, such as TCL and Python
Knowledge of thermal and mechanical considerations in hardware design
Experience using PCIe, CXL, RDMA, DDR4, bare‑metal high‑speed transceivers, Ethernet, IP
Experience with FPGA/VHDL or Verilog is an advantage
