Technichal Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Are you an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant looking to make a significant impact within a global organisation? We're partnering with a market-leading, international company during an exciting period of transformation. As they establish a new team based in their Glasgow office, they are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to help shape the future of their HCM technology landscape. This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of strategic projects. You will be responsible for the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Oracle Fusion HCM system, acting as a key contact point for development and configuration queries. Key Responsibilities
Deliver hands‑on configuration, support, and technical testing across multiple Oracle HCM modules. Collaborate with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. Develop and deliver technical reporting to inform business decisions and assess the impact of system changes. Support and enhance system functionality across the HCM landscape including Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and support future phases of system implementation and upgrades.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, with demonstrable configuration, development and support experience across a range of modules. Proven ability to work on end‑to‑end implementation projects (full lifecycle experience is highly advantageous). Solid understanding of Oracle Core HR, Talent Management, Absence Management, and ORC modules. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Exposure to Redwood UI is highly desirable.
