About
BookFlowGo is the collective brand bringing three companies in the Holiday Extras Group together;
- Book / Parkspace; the world's leading pre-book, omni-channel platform. Grow bookings, grow revenue, and deliver best-in-class eCommerce functionality.
- Flow / ParkIT; the world's leading logistic operational software and consultancy services to review product mix, deliver operational excellence and grow capacity.
- Go / FGS; the leading manufacturer of bespoke self-service hardware; reducing operating costs and maximising customer throughput.
We’re ParkIT – a software house dedicated to improving the way the world moves. Our Dynamic Allocation Services (DAS) product helps airports and operators make smarter, data-driven decisions about vehicle movement, unlocking efficiency at scale.
We’re now hiring a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of the algorithms and decision engine at the heart of DAS. This role blends mathematical problem-solving, product management, and technical leadership. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping how DAS evolves, ensuring the product continues to deliver real-world, measurable value to our customers.
The Role
By joining our team, you’ll:
- Act as the technical thought leader for DAS, applying mathematics and optimisation to solve complex operational challenges.
- Design, refine, and document new algorithms that power DAS, ensuring they are scalable, accurate, and commercially valuable.
- Define KPIs and performance measures, building evidence that enhancements deliver measurable results in live environments.
- Translate complex allocation logic into clear product requirements and work packages for the engineering teams.
- Oversee the operationalisation of algorithms – ensuring they are implemented correctly, tested thoroughly, and deployed with confidence.
- Act as DAS’s technical ambassador with customers, supporting onboarding, implementation, and showing how DAS can solve their planning and analytical needs.
- Collaborate with the Innovation Product Manager, whose focus is functionality, integration, and commercial alignment, to ensure the DAS roadmap balances both technical depth and business outcomes.

Cultivating a diverse and inclusive culture is paramount for us.
Recognising we are all different, if for whatever reason you need us to adapt the process, please get in touch via recruitment@holidayextras.com.
What you can bring to our team
- A strong academic background in Mathematics, Data Science, or Optimisation (degree level or equivalent).
- Practical knowledge of Python and experience working with data models.
- Proven ability to design, improve, and measure algorithms, with a structured approach to defining KPIs and demonstrating success.
- Familiarity with decision-support systems, simulations, or optimisation engines.
- Experience with Agile product delivery (backlog management, user stories, sprint planning).
- Excellent communication skills, able to simplify and present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach – thriving in a cross-functional environment where theory must translate into practice.
