Role Brief

We are looking for a highly organized and communicative Technical Product Owner/Business Analyst to join our pioneering AI team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the central link between our stakeholders and our technical teams, ensuring that we are building innovative AI products that meet and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder & Requirements Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, lead meetings and workshops, and create clear, comprehensive requirement documents.
  • Product Design Management: Translate business requirements into a well‑defined product backlog, own the team’s Jira project, facilitate design sessions, and convert design outcomes into actionable Jira tickets.
  • Project & Release Coordination: Oversee the end‑to‑end lifecycle of features in Jira, manage release schedules, create and distribute release notes, and lead necessary meetings to drive the project forward.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Create and maintain living documentation, champion the use of AI tools to streamline processes, and support backlog management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Delivery Manager or similar role within a tech or AI‑focused team.
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Expert‑level knowledge of Jira for project and delivery management.
  • Experience creating process flows, system diagrams and other visual documentation using tools like LucidChart.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
