Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the design and technical delivery of façade remedial projects, with input on wider new build schemes as required.
• Oversee detailed design and construction packages from concept through to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors; lead meetings and workshops.
• Apply in‑depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, ensuring compliance across all project stages.
• Assist with duties as Building Regulations Principal Designer on selected projects.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

• ARB‑registered Architect with 5‑10 years post‑Part 2 experience (ideally 5 years post‑Part 3).
• Proven experience in technical design and delivery of UK construction projects, particularly façade remediation.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and CDM duties.
• Experience acting as or supporting a Principal Designer is highly desirable.
• Excellent detailing skills for retrofit and remedial works.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Strong communication, organisation and project management skills.
