Ada Meher is partnering with a Software Vendor specializing in 3D Imaging and Construction Management technology, seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to enhance client project delivery on large-scale commercial construction projects.

This role offers flexibility, primarily remote with travel to the office 1-2 days a week. Candidates must be based locally to be considered. The employer values productivity over time-at-desk, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients and the operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. There is significant scope for autonomy and process improvement, particularly in project planning, risk management, and accountability of deliverables.

To be considered:

1. Demonstrable experience in a Project Manager role within Construction
2. Experience working with O&M Manuals and Health & Safety Documentation
3. Experience scoping and breaking down large-scale projects
4. Proven client/stakeholder management skills
5. Experience managing project creep
