Overview

• Global Commerce are responsible for the and Sales and Service platform within Global Streaming Technology, facilitating seamless customer experiences across multiple platforms, notably; OTT plateforms. Focussing on sign- up, sign in and acquisition through prospect web journeys, 3rd party partner web integrations & in-app purchase integrations, plus extensive self-service capabilities for in-life customers account management i.e chat bots, live chat and comprehensive help articles.

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic Project & Programme Management team.

• As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading various technical projects within our organization.

• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

• The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects & programmes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead multiple projects across multi-disciplinary teams in Global Commerce and externally, ensuring effective collaboration and development from start to end.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating to key stakeholders where necessary in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that project planning covers all stages of the project lifecycle in collaboration with other departments within the organisation, applying best practices in project management for quality project delivery.
  • Provide clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
  • Show a willingness to go above and beyond, supporting your own project delivery when needed to meet deadlines.
  • Be confident leading and chairing workshops with multiple senior, technical, product and business stakeholders and owning communication of the outputs.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background.
