Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager (Global Platform Operations) will support client onboarding, automation initiatives, workflow optimization, and new requirements support. Responsibilities include project management of onboarding processes, operational transition and rollout planning, stakeholder engagement, and detailed project planning. The role involves defining and scoping new requirements, standardizing workflows, and managing the software development lifecycle through user stories. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including senior managers, is essential to align business strategy, product features, and requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding and initiatives to improve digital supply chain processes, enabling scalable content fulfillment automation on Deluxe’s platforms.
- Operate effectively within Agile project environments.
- Ensure project plans align with timelines and deliverables.
- Implement global processes and governance for platform migration.
- Define requirements and scope system functionalities for automation.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and address escalated needs.
- Define, prioritize, and clarify user stories, understanding use cases and product goals.
- Ensure quality of deliverables by setting expectations and review processes.
- Conduct product demos and promote adoption across teams.
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation for diverse audiences.
- Provide feedback for customer satisfaction, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and experience in automation related to media distribution, digital video, asset management, multimedia formats, and localization assets.
They should also have:
- Experience with Agile development practices and tools, including writing user stories and managing requirements.
- Understanding of video post-production processes.
- Ability to analyze complex technical and business issues and influence decision-making, with a strong technical background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
