Technical Qualified Architect / Technologist position at Bond Bryan. We are a design practice focused on innovation, sustainability, collaboration, and wellbeing. As an RIBA qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, you’ll work on projects through all RIBA stages, collaborating with clients, top-tier contractors, and our in-house teams. Experience on UK medium/large-scale projects (4 years or more) with educational/residential sector schemes is advantageous. The right candidate will have experience in BIM and 3D environments, with knowledge of coordinating consultants' information and project delivery at RIBA stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

  • Developing creative and functional design solutions
  • Producing high-quality technical drawings and specifications

Qualifications

  • A fully qualified architect (ARB registered or equivalent) or graduate qualified Architectural Technologist
  • Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in BIM (ArchiCAD/Revit)
  • Project delivery experience at RIBA stages 4 and 5
  • Track record on experience on UK projects
  • Eligibility: Must be based in the UK with the legal right to live and work in

Pay range and compensation package

We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, reviewed annually. Alongside this is a comprehensive benefits package including:
