Key Account Manager – Precision Engineering into Some Top Accounts – Sexy High Tolerance Precision Engineering Manage and develop 21 active accounts with lots of potential and growth areas. Plus reignite 26 previous invoiceable accounts and turn this 2 million account base into a 3 million dream. You will be a superb account manager and developer with some technical bias and experience of UK engineering / manufacturing. A senior sales/account manager role. Negotiable basic up to £60,000 base with year 1 bonus up to £15,000 (Uncapped). Company car or car allowance to be tailored. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Salary based on experience, personality, current levels, and potential. 90% account management, 10% new business, and 100% revenue growth. Our dynamic SME client is looking for someone slightly entrepreneurial, that can spot opportunities, build and develop key relations and ultimately revenue and account value. This is not a corporate role or a corporate structure or business – It’s a strong and history growing SME (circa 30 Mil). Clients such as JLR, Red Bull, and more – land and expand 21 accounts and reignite 21 currently dormant accounts. Huge potential to grow the accounts value to 5 million over the next 5 years. This is a role within a 30 mil SME no frills Engineering / Manufacturer – a solutions business – This is not corporate. A technical sales account development role for a go-getter who is a stunning networker and business developer within existing accounts. You will receive a handover of circa 46 accounts (21 live) that need managing and developing, with circa 2 million in revenue. The proactive and relationship building skills sets are paramount. This role is for a go-getter, a person who has a business development attitude and mentality. You will manage and develop these existing accounts and try to bring on new accounts. Experience – ideally you will have developed manufacturing / engineering related accounts before with deal values of 20 k upwards of 100 k minimum. Experience – you will have a technical mindset or even skill set and be used to talking about Engineering / manufacturing solutions. Join a no frills, engineering / manufacturing solutions business. Stand‑alone responsibility. Report to a very motivated Sales Director who has been in the business and knows the accounts, for over 8 years. Character – Strong, deal with tough engineer types. Thick skin. Hold your own! You will be a relationship building, opportunity hunting legend. Entrepreneurial growth mindset. SME team fit. Commutable to Rugby 1‑2 days a week (flexibly depending on the demands of the role and customers).
