About Us

Cara Technology is a global leader in sensory science, flavour standards, and brewing technology. Founded in 1995, we are the creators of AROXA Certified Flavour Standards, used by over 15,000 trained tasters worldwide to support sensory panel training and quality control across beer, cider, spirits, and beyond.

We support producers globally with tools, training, and technical advice to help them improve flavour quality and sensory performance. In addition to our flavour standards and software, we also provide production yeast for leading international beer brands.

The Role

We are seeking a technically skilled and commercially-minded individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brewing or fermentation science, a passion for flavour, and experience working with sensory or quality control systems.

In this role, you will support customers across the alcoholic beverage sector, helping them implement and improve their sensory programmes. You will be responsible for selling our flavour standards, training services, and supporting tools, while offering expert technical guidance.
