Technical Sales Support & Content Manager – REMOTE

Join All Season Movers, Inc as a Technical Sales Support & Content Manager. In this role you will develop promotional and technical materials that support the Commercial Manager, strengthen the company’s connection with clients, and showcase our leading R&D capabilities in agronomy. Your work will facilitate the introduction of innovative agrichem products into the UK market, ultimately driving business growth and sales.

Compensation: c60k+ Bonus (15‑20%) + Car Allowance (9k)

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical‑sales support and demand‑creation calls with targeted farmers, dealers, advisors, and critical stakeholders across the UK to build awareness of our solutions and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish and execute sales targets, including objectives and tactics designed to deliver growth for new product launches.
  • Evaluate market and industry trends, competitors, sales programs, and territory coverage to identify areas for strategic and opportunistic growth, and propose actionable ideas to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate threats.
  • Provide field data and insights that lead to new products and improvements to existing products.
  • Identify and collect new opportunities (new uses, unmet needs, etc.).
  • Support the Commercial Manager in delivering sales priorities within the territory.
  • Provide technical support for key projects and products (online and in‑field) for crops in the UK, primarily the cereals segment. Working knowledge of other row and specialty crops is an asset.
  • Identify influential external stakeholders (advisers, key growers, seed companies) with positive relationships.
  • Carry out demand‑creation activities—including farmer and retailer meetings, on‑farm support, technical support, pre‑launch and launch trial management—in collaboration with other stakeholders (e.g., Operational Marketing).
  • Assist operational marketing in executing planned activities in the region.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in agriculture or a related field (e.g., Soil Biology, Mycology, Microbiology, Plant Pathology, Agronomy, Horticulture).
  • Valid BASIS certificate in crop protection – required.
  • Technical experience selling in the crop protection industry and a solid understanding of plant physiology, crop production, crop protection, plant nutrition and soil health.
  • Knowledge of biostimulants, plant growth regulators (PGRs), or fungicides is a significant asset.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a changing and challenging business environment.
  • Excellent writing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong planning skills and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teammates.

Location: Fully remote but must be UK based. Occasional travel to Lyon, France may be required. Essential – valid driving licence.
