Technical Services Manager – M&E Responsible for overseeing M&E services on a £10m fit-out project with £4m in M&E packages. The role is based on site and involves daily oversight of M&E subcontractors, site meetings, health & safety, and managing approximately 40 personnel on site to ensure installations and changes meet high standards of finish. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations and point of contact for M&E subcontractors.• Attend site meetings and maintain health & safety compliance.• Oversee installations and modifications to meet quality standards.• Coordinate with the Head TSM for design and office work.• Conduct daily site/floor walking reviews. Qualifications

Electrical or mechanical bias with experience managing both areas. Current accreditations: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS. Strong leadership and communication skills.
